Renewable Energy Lawyer

We are seeking an experienced Legal Counsel to join our team at Better Energy A/S in Copenhagen. The Legal Finance team is responsible for managing the legal aspects of all loans, credit facilities, and financial guarantees in the company.

This role requires a skilled lawyer with experience in banking and finance law, specifically loan transactions and LMA based loan documentation. You will be working closely with the rest of the team, colleagues from other fields of expertise, external lawyers, and partners from banks and lenders.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of experience in relevant positions and possesses excellent language skills in Danish and English. You should be able to conduct negotiations and draft documentation seamlessly.

You will be responsible for reviewing and negotiating loan documentation, assisting with relevant CPs, reviewing and negotiating guarantee facilities and guarantees, and providing advice on legal issues and solutions.
