We are seeking a Senior Civil Project Manager to join our team at ROCKWOOL Group. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and project management, with experience in leading large-scale construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute design and construction management activities.
  • Responsible for all construction project scope related quality, budget, time schedule, certification, approvals, and health & safety checks.
  • Leading civil design consultant and all design related activities including permits in coordination with factory and process teams.
  • Responsible for efficient cooperation in the core teams.
  • Preparing design specifications and tender documents.
  • Managing main and sub-contractors' claims.
  • Prepare and follow-up civil time schedule in accordance with overall project time schedule.
  • Implementation of health & safety set-up and daily application through Site Safety Supervisor.
  • Ensure that Site Safety Supervisor has the required mandate to take needed actions to ensure safety.
  • Coordination with Factory organization design and site activities.
  • Responsible for efficient budget follow-up in relation to design and construction activities.
  • Clear communication to core team and stakeholders.
  • No restriction to travel, moderate travel activity should be expected.
  • Be proactive in all the responsibilities described above.

Requirements:

  • You hold a bachelor's or master's degree within civil or mechanical engineering and project management.
  • 8 years plus of work experience with project management.
  • Excellent project management skills and experience in handling large scale projects (5+ years' experience)
  • Working experience with multinational teams and contractors.
  • Industrial project experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge of PRINCE2 philosophy and project execution.
  • High professional business level in English is a must, additional knowledge in Danish is preferred.
  • Experience in negation and excellent communicator.
  • A Driver's license.
