Field Service Coordinator

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Field Service Coordinator to join our team at Tesla, Inc. The ideal candidate will have experience in coordinating repairs, determining technical solutions, and communicating with customers effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate vehicle repairs according to new and used warranty guidelines and specifications.
  • Determine the most effective solution for technical issues, whether it can be resolved remotely, over the phone, or requires technician work.
  • Communicate with customers through various channels to provide service status updates, scheduling information, payments, and answer questions.
  • Coordinate customer scheduling to ensure maximum throughput and efficient routing of mobile service technicians.
  • Respond to roadside requests to coordinate servicing of customer vehicles.
  • Plan with service leadership for PTO, vehicle downtime/maintenance, and adjustment of vehicles on road to meet/exceed customer demand.
  • Be available to take on additional responsibilities as assigned to meet business needs.
Requirements
  • Relevant experience in a customer-facing role delivering excellent service, preferably from a technical/automotive environment.
  • Strong understanding of parts process, warranty, and ability to translate technical knowledge into customer-friendly language both written and verbally.
  • Ability to effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Danish.
  • Ability to address and defuse difficult conversations and customer conflict.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Valid driver's license.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience. Tesla, Inc. offers a competitive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
