About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Contract Manager to join our dynamic and diverse team at Itinera Denmark. This is a unique opportunity to take on a challenging role where you will be responsible for overseeing the management, drafting, review, and administration of contracts between clients, contractors, and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contract Administration: You will assist in preparing, reviewing, and administering subcontract agreements, ensuring that all parties fulfill their contractual obligations and manage contractual risks.
  • Communication: Assist in managing subcontractor correspondence, ensuring timely and effective communication, and support the Procurement team in drafting and negotiating contracts.
  • Change Management: Handle change requests, evaluating and processing change orders or variation requests from contractors and subcontractors, ensuring that any changes to the project scope are documented, approved, and reflected in the contract terms.
  • Claims and Variations: Assist in evaluating subcontractor claims, variations, and payment applications, maintaining accurate records of all contract-related documents and correspondence.
  • Financial Tracking: Provide support in cost estimation, budgeting, and financial tracking of projects, collaborating with project teams to ensure contract requirements are met throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Reporting: Assist in preparing reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in quantity surveying, contract management, or a related role (internships or relevant projects may be considered).
  • Skills: Basic understanding of contract law, procurement processes, and ABs construction contracts; professional proficiency in English, both verbally and written.
  • Personal Qualities: High level of communication skills and excellent problem-solving abilities, strong analytical and numerical skills, with attention to detail, good communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Estimated Salary Range: DKK 550,000 - 650,000 per annum (approximately USD 77,000 - 92,000), depending on qualifications and experience.
