Our IT Division

We are responsible for developing, implementing, and operating IT solutions across the Danish Crown Group. Our team consists of over 300 colleagues from various locations worldwide, including Denmark, England, Sweden, Poland, Netherlands, Germany, and China.

We are currently undergoing an exciting transformation phase and seek a highly skilled Technical Coordinator to join our MES department within the IT division. As a key member of the Technical Enablement team, you will bridge the gap between our internal customers (factories), external vendors, and our MES consultants and developers, all working on developing, implementing, and managing production IT systems at our factories.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  1. Participation in all project phases – from ideation to handover at the factories.
  2. Project execution concerning timeline and budget requirements.
  3. Leading the project team consisting of various stakeholders.
  4. Serving as a liaison between business, IT, and our customers (factories).
  5. Defining requirements for suppliers and internal deliverables.
  6. Demonstrating a clear understanding of technical solutions without requiring expertise, leveraging available resources.
  7. Handling technical deliverables both onsite and remotely.
  8. Establishing clear goals and providing feedback to the team and colleagues.
  9. Fostering relationships between the global project leader, project participants, and stakeholders.

You will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects within IT and production, each offering a unique challenge and significant influence. Expect up to 30-60 travel days annually, both domestically and internationally.

A Seat at the Table
We are seeking a technically proficient Technical Coordinator with a 'can-do' attitude, who may have previously worked as a Technical Project Manager, Technical Consultant, or Business Consultant with experience in technical project coordination and an interest in the technical aspects of projects. You hold a relevant education (IT, Engineering, Automation, etc.) at a bachelor's or master's level and have a couple of years of experience in technical project management, preferably from a larger company. You should be fluent in English and Danish at the negotiating level.

You will be comfortable navigating ambiguity and situations where stakeholders hold divergent opinions. Additionally, you will find yourself effective at all levels within the organization. Your technical knowledge and ability to drive processes will be essential, paired with a structured and analytical approach.
