About the Position

We are seeking a Global Quality Assurance Leader to drive excellence in quality control and safety at Svendborg Brakes – A Regal Rexnord brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will lead and develop teams responsible for quality assurance, ensuring compliance with industry leading products and standards.
  • This role involves ensuring safety process compliance, facilitating safety committee meetings, and conducting daily safety Gemba walks.
  • You will oversee global quality control processes, including non-conformance analysis, PPAP documentation, and systematic calibration, ensuring alignment with Svendborg Brakes quality targets and values.
  • This position requires planning strategic initiatives within quality, safety, sustainability, management reviews, and risk evaluations, managing QC/SQE processes and activities in Denmark, while driving global compliance.
  • You will provide professional coaching in problem-solving and quality methodologies, ensuring continuous improvement of product quality and quality planning in response to product or process changes.
  • This role involves ensuring timely responses to customer requests and ensuring full product compliance with customer requirements.
