About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Senior Bid Manager to drive project-specific bid processes end-to-end and ensure timely submission of high-quality, client-centric proposals. As part of our global Wind team, you will collaborate closely with Project Managers and tender teams to develop and execute successful proposals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively lead the entire bid process, coordinating efforts of Ramboll's global engineering and advisory teams in the wind division to ensure submission of high-quality, customer-tailored proposals.
  • SUPPORT creation of bid strategy by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, developing compelling value propositions, and guiding tender teams in planning and creating proposals aligned with agreed strategies.
  • Plan, prepare, and compile compelling, well-written, and precise proposals and bid documents.
  • Utilize and manage Ramboll's internal tools and processes to track and develop opportunities efficiently, streamline project team communication, and consolidate required inputs from relevant teams.
Your New Team

You will be part of our international Business Intelligence & Sales function, supporting Ramboll's global wind division with client and market insights in various geographies and responsible for its bid management and sales processes.

About You

We are looking for a Bachelor's Degree holder or equivalent in a related field or applicable disciplines, preferably with experience in proposal or bid management, particularly in the energy sector. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are essential, along with a customer-focused approach, solution-oriented work style, and commercial expertise.
