Electrician Instructor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced electrician to join our team as an instructor at Maersk Training. As an electrician instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training to our students, focusing on safety in wind turbines and other related areas.

• Deliver and develop theoretical and practical training for wind turbine industry professionals, including GWO and customer-specific courses.
• Conduct training sessions, risk analysis, and preparation of equipment, ensuring a safe and effective learning environment.
• Maintain and improve teaching materials and methods, adhering to legal and organizational requirements.
• Set high personal and professional standards, demonstrating due diligence and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ensure a better learning experience, operational flexibility, and efficiency in course delivery.

• Experience as an electrician, with a strong background in wind turbine safety and technical instruction.
• Technical knowledge of wind turbines, including pre-assembly, installation, service, and de/commissioning.
• Familiarity with up-to-date industrial techniques and good IT skills.
• Strong focus on customer satisfaction, personal and professional standards, and a willingness to learn and adapt.
• Fluency in Danish and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with students and colleagues.
