Conexus DX Limited is seeking a seasoned SAP Programme Director to spearhead business transformation initiatives. As the primary contact, you will play a pivotal role in governance, chairing or co-chairing steering group and programme board meetings. Your leadership will guide delivery teams to success and set a high standard of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement integrated SAP S/4 solutions in complex client environments.
  • Mentor project consultants, facilitating their development throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage project financials while ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Leverage project management expertise to benefit the company.
  • Plan, lead, manage, and deliver multiple assignments valued at over $10 million, maintaining strong project margins.
  • Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and scope control with C-level clients on large-scale projects.
  • Navigate challenging HR processes, including staffing, assignments, and performance management.
  • Negotiate effectively on major project issues and identify opportunities for growth.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an SAP Program Director with a strong track record of successful programme delivery.
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP solutions, including S/4, SuccessFactors, RISE, Cloud Migrations, Public Cloud, and BTP.
  • Comprehensive understanding of project/program management techniques, tools, and methods, especially Activate.
  • Strong analytical skills with excellent knowledge of performance evaluation metrics, data analysis, reporting, and budgeting.
  • Strategic business acumen with exceptional organizational and leadership skills.
  • A creative mindset for problem-solving and the ability to influence stakeholders through exceptional communication and facilitation skills.
