Programme Finance and Operations Coordinator for Study Programmes

We are seeking an experienced Programme Finance and Operations Coordinator to join our Study Programmes team at Novo Nordisk A/S - Nn1. This challenging role will involve close collaboration with the Global Senior Director and the Leadership team in StudyPro, ensuring smooth budget processes, efficient planning and maintenance, accurate tracking and reporting of expenditures, and providing insightful reports to aid decision-making processes.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in complex administrative roles, with highly developed budget management skills and a strong business acumen. They will also possess fluency in English, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and a digital mindset with excellent proficiency in MS Office and SAP.
About the Role- This is a multifaceted role that requires a proactive and collaborative individual who can work independently and as part of a diverse team.
- The ideal candidate will have a healthy sense of humour and be able to contribute to a positive work environment.
- They will take ownership of tasks and work in a structured manner, paying meticulous attention to detail.
Study Programmes is part of Global Medical Affairs in Novo Nordisk. Our team develops and implements supporting initiatives to ensure successful recruitment and retention of patients in our most important clinical trials.
