KCS Strategy Development Consultant

We are seeking a seasoned KCS Strategy Development Consultant to join our team at E-Solutions. As a key member of our IT consulting practice, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a global KCS and knowledge management process in an onsite and desktop support organization within a large international company.
About the JobThe successful candidate will have advanced knowledge of KCS principles, methodologies, and best practices, as well as extensive experience in creating, managing, and optimizing knowledge management processes. They will work closely with our clients to understand their unique needs and develop a customized knowledge management process that meets those needs.
Key Responsibilities- Strategy Development: Develop a comprehensive strategy for implementing a global KCS and knowledge management process.
- Process Design and Documentation: Design and document effective Knowledge Management processes tailored to the specific needs of the organization.
- System Configuration and Optimization: Configure and optimize the existing knowledge base system to support the new process element.
- Training and Performance Monitoring: Ensure all training material is produced & the organization is ready and capable of delivering training of relevant team members in the new KCS processes, and establish metrics to monitor performance.
