Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our Copenhagen-based office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers via phone, email, and social media. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer inquiries efficiently and effectively, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert support to customers through various communication channels
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless product delivery and installation
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and features to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the e-commerce or retail industry
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure
- Fluency in Swedish and Norwegian or Danish, with high-level English proficiency
- Proficiency in using software and tools for customer service, such as FreshDesk
