SAP Master Data Management Specialist

We are seeking an experienced SAP Master Data Management (MDM) professional to join our team at RDT Kolding, Region of Southern Denmark. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills to work effectively across multiple functional areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure data integrity within the SAP system by implementing processes to maintain high data quality.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives across multiple regions.
  • Provide assistance in resolving data quality issues using error detection and correction techniques, process control, and continuous improvement strategies.
  • Upload, manage, and maintain material master data in SAP.
  • Maintain a 24-48 hour turnaround time for all incoming master data requests.
  • Coordinate urgent requests, ensuring quick and agile responses.
  • Perform data cleansing, audits, and validation to ensure compliance and data accuracy.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
  • 4-7 years of proven experience in SAP Master Data Management (MDM) and Material Master.
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of logistics and business processes in an SAP ERP environment.
  • Experience in managing master data in a global supply chain setup.
  • Ability to identify and offer multiple solution options for complex data requirements.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-focused approach.
  • Experience in project management teams within a supply chain or global cross-functional environment is a plus.
