As a Senior Governance Manager, you will be responsible for leading our global risk management and financial compliance efforts.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Implementing our Global Finance Strategy to safeguard the business through proactive compliance.
- Protecting and enabling Lundbeck by securing a high level of financial compliance globally.
- Safeguarding Lundbeck's financial assets against intentional and non-intentional errors and fraud.
- 10+ years of combined accounting, auditing, and financial compliance experience.
- Experience in planning and executing audits and/or internal reviews in an international audit firm or company.
- Expertise in processes and controls and international accounting requirements (IFRS).
- Good IT skills and ability to see technology as an opportunity to improve processes.
- Strong leadership and team player qualities, with comprehensive communication and analytical skills.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English.
