Job Description

This Email Marketing Specialist role involves driving email marketing communication efforts globally. You will work with cross-functional teams to develop, build, and execute campaigns, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with global teams to support end-to-end processes for all email & push marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate on developing and executing campaign optimization strategies using A/B testing and segmentation.
  • Assist in strategic programs via manual and triggered campaigns across the customer lifecycle.
  • Build and deploy email/push marketing campaigns in ESP, leveraging HTML/CSS expertise.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and share insights with Engagement Marketing and cross-functional teams.
  • Improve campaign metrics, focusing on deliverability, opens, clicks, and revenue.
  • Maintain the global email & push campaign calendar and review process.
