About the Role

Aalborg Portland is a world-leading cement producer with a strong sustainability focus, seeking an experienced HR Partner to join our team.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving business growth and employee engagement through strategic HR initiatives, and will be responsible for translating business needs into HR initiatives that support strategic objectives.

You will work closely with the leadership team to advise on HR solutions that drive business growth, and will be responsible for leading and executing ad hoc HR projects, contributing to cross-functional HR initiatives, and continuously improving HR processes.

We are looking for a highly skilled HR professional with strong knowledge of labor law, collective agreements, and HR compliance, as well as experience in navigating complex matrix organizations, preferably in an international setting.

The ideal candidate will possess a master's degree in HRM, business, psychology, or a related field, and have 5-7 years of HR experience covering both strategic and operational responsibilities.
