This OEM Sales Specialist role at Victaulic is focused on profitably increasing sales and market share.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop a business plan to achieve target goals.
- Establish priorities for projects and accounts.
- Collaborate with line sales and regional management to drive results.
- Measure progress through the specification development program.
- Develop a sales strategy for the complete line of Victaulic products.
- Plan strategically for all OEM sales in a territory.
- Stay current on market trends, competition, pricing, and new products.
About the Ideal Candidate
- University degree, preferably in mechanical engineering.
- At least 5 years of experience in mechanical piping or related sales.
- Familiarity with the piping business or ability to learn quickly.
- Commercial feeling and ambition, with a customer-oriented approach.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to challenges.
- Will to travel up to 75%.
- Strong communication skills and professional appearance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Danish.
