Job Overview

QCS Staffing is currently seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in mechanical engineering services, supporting projects from conceptual design to commissioning and qualification.

About the Role

  • This position involves providing mechanical engineering services to support various projects, including feasibility studies, concept development, and safety/risk analysis.
  • The successful candidate will work closely with project teams to coordinate deliverables and ensure timely completion of installations.
  • Key responsibilities include developing equipment specifications and protocols, as well as designing and specifying key equipment such as tanks, vessels, piping, pumps, filters, valves, and seed exchange.
  • A background in mechanical engineering is essential for this role, and experience within the pharma industry would be highly desirable.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering roles, preferably in the pharma industry.
  • GMP experience and knowledge of applicable codes and standards are required.
  • Strong understanding of engineering principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills.
