Role Summary

The Enterprise Transformation department in DSV Global IT is seeking a Lead Full Stack Developer to collaborate with business and IT teams to deliver real value.

As a technical lead, you will oversee a team of software developers to deliver highly scalable mission-critical solutions to solve high-priority business challenges. You will bring your knowledge and best practices in delivery and operations to continuously improve your team's output.

Key Responsibilities

  • Technically own new services and products
  • Architect scalable and efficient solutions using .Net, MSSQL, Angular/React, Postgres, and Kafka
  • Partner with the product owner and architect to set the technical vision for the team
  • Lead a cross-functional Agile team to understand requirements, create a great working environment, and continuously improve the product development process
  • Write and maintain documentation
  • Integrate different events streaming platforms, align synchronous and asynchronous processes, and experience in events latching and queue control

Requirements

  • At least 7 years of developing using Angular/React, Kendo UI for Angular, JavaScript, jQuery, NodeJS, HTML5, CSS, SCSS
  • At least 5 years of developing Kafka-based applications, including regular production/consumption, Kafka streams, KSql
  • Experience in object-oriented programming and SOLID design patterns
  • Well-versed with SQL queries, stored procedures, database performance tuning, and optimization
  • Mastery of full-stack .Net and web application development using C#, ASP.NET, ASP.NET Core, Web API, OData MVC AutoMapper, AutoFac xUnit, Moq, AutoMock Entity Framework Core XML, XSD, XSLT SQL Server 2019
