Job Title: Lead IT Developer

About the Role:

DSV Global IT is seeking a highly skilled Lead IT Developer to join our Enterprise Transformation department. As a technical lead, you will be responsible for delivering highly scalable mission-critical solutions to solve high-priority business challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technically own new services and products
  • Architect scalable and efficient solutions using .Net, MSSQL, Angular/React, Postgres, and Kafka
  • Work with the product owner and other senior leaders to create a great working environment that attracts other great engineers
  • Partner with the product owner and architect to set the technical vision for the team
  • Lead a cross-functional Agile team to understand requirements, work with the product owner to do product backlog grooming, sprint planning, execution, and retrospective
  • Work with the team to constantly improve the product development process
  • Write and maintain documentation

Requirements:

  • Mastery of full stack .Net and web application development using C# ASP.NET, ASP.NET Core, Web API, OData MVC AutoMapper, AutoFac xUnit, Moq, AutoMock Entity Framework Core XML, XSD, XSLT SQL Server 2019
  • Well-versed with SQL queries, stored procedures, database performance tuning, and optimization
  • Experience in object-oriented programming and SOLID design patterns
  • At least 5 years of developing Kafka-based applications, including regular production/consumption, Kafka streams, KSql
  • At least 7 years of developing using Angular/React, Kendo UI for Angular, JavaScript, jQuery, NodeJS, HTML5, CSS, SCSS
