Job Role

Taylor Hopkinson | Powered by Brunel seeks a motivated Marine Hardware Coordinator to join our team.

Key Tasks:
  • Develop and implement effective MH site setup, design, storage plans and supports.
  • Ensure smooth onsite transportation movements.
  • Conduct thorough load-in and load-out inspections and vessel movements.
  • Maintain regular communication with the MH contractor regarding mobilisation, operation and demobilisation of MH.
  • Foster a positive HSE and Quality culture among team members.
  • Collaborate in SIMOPs management of vessel, project work and onshore coordination with Contractor.
  • Identify and escalate site risks, issues, concerns and opportunities.
  • Participate in comprehensive handover processes and in/out inspections of components.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in offshore wind farms.
  • Strong understanding of interface management and Quality inspections.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in international codes, procedures and specifications.
  • Knowledge of CDM (2015) and UK Health and Safety regulations.
  • Fluent English speaker, Danish an asset.
