Job Description:

  • Support Executive Vice President of Technical Development and Supply (TDS) in strategy development and deployment
  • Drive TDS Leadership meetings, incl. preparation and alignment of agendas
  • Follow up and prepare monthly performance review
  • Participate in defining and driving initiatives across TDS and LEO Pharma
  • Engage with the organization to identify areas of opportunity and ensure momentum

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Production Engineering, or equivalent
  • Proficiency in management, administration, finance, project management, or organizational areas
  • Ability to lead complex programs and projects with significant stakeholder management and enabling diverse viewpoints to meet
  • Lead comprehensive and complete analysis and decision-making materials
  • Strong execution and follow-up skills
  • Customer service-oriented, collaboration skills, and attention to details
  • Secure deadlines are met and handle confidential information
  • Ideally pharmaceutical industry experience, but not a must
  • Good communication and presentation skills, including excellent verbal and written English
  • Ability to synthesize and communicate concise, including attention to detail and layout
  • Act as cultural champion and act with a sense of urgency
  • Good interpersonal skills, and likes to interact with all levels in the organization
  • Resilience and confidence under pressure, ability to structure own workload and planning
