European Search Company is seeking a talented Finance Manager to support the growth and development of our client, Agillic.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of financial reporting, financial analysis, and financial presentations to the Management. This includes creating a robust framework for accurate and timely financial information, as well as driving and improving financial governance through procedures, system automation, accounting, controlling, and financial reporting.

This role requires strong stakeholder management skills, as the Finance Manager will work closely with various departments to obtain data and insights necessary for informed decision-making. Additionally, the ability to drive operational improvement and digital automation is crucial in this position.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience as an auditor (with international clients) or 3+ years of experience as a Finance Manager, Financial or Group Controller, or similar. Relevant academic education on BA or Master level is also required. Extensive hands-on experience with financial reporting, deep knowledge of Danish accounting principles including IFRS as well as tax legislation, and strong stakeholder management capabilities are essential for this role.

The responsibilities of the successful Finance Manager include:

  • Providing regular financial updates to Management on financial figures, SaaS matrix, and KPIs
  • Delivering comprehensive financial analysis to Management
  • Annual preparation of the company's annual report
  • Responsibility for the statutory and interim audit
  • Development of budgets and forecasts
  • Responsibility for salaries within the company's headquarters
  • Driving operational improvement and digital automation
  • Contributing to ongoing review and adjustment of procedures and processes
