About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Supply Chain Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team at PARETO SECURITIES AS. This is a unique opportunity for a proactive and organized professional to take on end-to-end responsibility for the production order to cash process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with production and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries and communicate any risks or delays to relevant stakeholders.
  • Foster strong relationships with suppliers while continuously improving the order processing flow.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), such as availability and supplier performance, within the warehouses.
  • Provide support for root cause analysis to drive performance improvements.
  • Manage multiple stakeholders and provide relevant information across the value chain.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Economics, Business Administration, Logistics, Management Engineering, or similar field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in planning, processes, supply planning, merchandising, or supply chain development.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage large datasets and present insights clearly.
  • Experience with advanced planning systems, such as Navision.
  • Proficient in Excel, with experience in PowerPoint/Google Slides.
  • Solid understanding of data management and analysis.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Benefits and Compensation

This position offers a competitive salary of approximately **€60,000** per annum, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Please note that this is a maternity cover role with an expected duration of approximately 12 months. The successful candidate will be a key member of the Supply Planning team, working closely with six individuals responsible for inventory management, supply planning, and product data.
