In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to work with our team to optimize supply chain processes and improve the delivery of essential supplies to those who need them most.

**About the Role**

This position is part of the Monitoring, Strategic Data and Evidence Center (MSDEC), which focuses on generating, using, and sharing evidence and data to drive supply chain optimization, program design, and results demonstration. As a Supply Chain Optimization Specialist, you will work closely with colleagues from across the organization to identify areas for improvement and implement changes that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our supply chain.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Identify opportunities to streamline and automate supply chain processes
- Develop and implement solutions to improve supply chain visibility and tracking
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical support
- Analyze data to inform supply chain decisions and optimize operations

**Requirements**

We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in supply chain management and optimization. The ideal candidate will have:

- A master's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in a humanitarian or development context
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable recommendations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
