Service Technician

At MacGregor, we are seeking a highly skilled Service Engineer to join our team in Copenhagen, Denmark. As a Service Engineer, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of our products.

Main Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and guidance to customers on the installation, maintenance, and repair of MacGregor equipment.
• Conduct on-site inspections and assessments to identify potential issues and develop solutions to prevent downtime.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement new service strategies and processes.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in cargo handling and load management.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, internal stakeholders, and external partners.

Requirements:

• Relevant technical education in mechanical, hydraulic, or electronic engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the maritime or offshore industry.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
