Main Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and guidance to customers, ensuring their MacGregor equipment is functioning at its best.
• Conduct regular maintenance and repairs on MacGregor products, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement process improvements, enhancing our service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

Requirements:

• Relevant technical education and experience in mechanical, hydraulic, or electronic fields.
• 2+ years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and results.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
