New Power Partners ApS is seeking a skilled Cable Management Expert EU to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in offshore wind installation management, with a focus on ensuring safe and successful delivery of foundation installation works.

The EU Offshore Foundation Installation Lead will be responsible for managing large offshore installation procurements and cable contracts, as well as making recommendations and optimizations for installation and logistics concepts.

  1. Main Responsibilities:
  2. Develop and implement contingency plans for cable installation.
  3. Execute installation contracts, managing claims and variations.
  4. Ensure installation vessel charter agreements are in place.
  5. Analyze and optimize the installation scope to ensure the safest and most efficient installation possible.
  6. Manage documentation aligned with the nominated MWS.
  7. Review contractors' installation method statements and risk assessments, providing recommendations for improvement.
  8. Manage installation sea fastening design, QA, and compliance with international and national requirements.
  9. Contribute to package budget development.
  10. Collaborate with the package team to identify, consider, and mitigate relevant risk and interface items.
  11. Coordinate installation interfaces with other team members through an interface matrix.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience in a similar role within the offshore/onshore wind industry.
  2. Extensive time spent on installation sites, with comprehensive knowledge of the installation process.
  3. Excellent understanding of Wind Turbine technology and its applications in offshore wind.
  4. Strong background in procurement, contract, and claim management.
  5. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  6. Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
  7. Able to maintain a clear overview, work under pressure, and meet critical deadlines.
