">Lundbeck A/S, H is seeking a Medical Affairs Team Lead - Clinical Operations to join our Medical Affairs team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and managing clinical trials across various locations, working closely with colleagues from different departments and external partners.
">About the Role
">We are looking for an experienced and motivated individual who can demonstrate excellent leadership skills, with at least 5 years of experience in managing clinical trials in the pharmaceutical industry or CRO (Clinical Research Organisation). You should have a strong understanding of trial management processes and be able to effectively coordinate tasks with multiple stakeholders.

- Managing relationships with vendors/CROs and ensuring effective execution of clinical trials">
- Collaborating with colleagues from different departments to achieve project goals">
- Contributing to the development and optimization of clinical trial processes">
Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment. You should also be proficient in English and have a solid understanding of medical sciences.
