We are seeking a Talent Partner for Global Medical Affairs to join our P&O Business Partnering unit in Development. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving organisational development and effectiveness, strategic workforce management, change management, culture, and engagement.

You will work closely with business leaders and stakeholders to identify challenges and develop HR actions that drive business outcomes. With your strong analytical skills and ability to think strategically, you will provide actionable recommendations to improve our business areas' ability to seize opportunities and overcome challenges.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on cross-organisational P&O processes and initiatives, collaborating with HR Business Partner colleagues to deliver enterprise, scalable solutions. You will be part of a dynamic and fast-paced environment, working closely with a global team of talented professionals who share our passion for making a difference in the lives of patients.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a relevant academic degree in HR, Organization, Business Psychology, or similar. A minimum of 8 years of experience in HR, with at least 5 years of experience partnering with business leaders, is required. You must also possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust-based relationships with senior leaders and their teams.
