International Senior Brand Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced International Senior Brand Manager to join our Next Generation Products (NGP) team. As a key member of our global brand development team, you will be responsible for driving strategic brand development and strong global brand performance for new launch initiatives within our ambitious growth agenda.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute global brand strategies, including NPD pipeline and channel strategy.
  2. Translate portfolio and brand strategies into activation plans for building brands across channels.
  3. Drive brand communication toolkit development, product concepts, and packaging design.
  4. Develop, produce, and execute global brand campaigns for new launches, ensuring global relevance and local market buy-in.
  5. Ensure consistent execution across all touchpoints by assuming responsibility for overall strategy and execution in the launch phase.
  6. Consult and support markets with brand building: 3-year plans, strategic initiatives, etc.
  7. Contribute significantly to the commercial performance of the category by linking business objectives with brand developments.

Requirements

  1. 5-10 years of experience in a strategic marketing role, globally or in a large market, ideally both.
  2. Strong capabilities in branding, campaign development, and project management.
  3. Experience in developing global toolkits and leading campaign execution through multiple touchpoints in an omnichannel environment.
  4. Accountability for brand performance.
  5. Strong commercial mindset and proven ability to contribute to category P&L performance.
  6. International and data-driven mindset.
  7. Proactive and growth-oriented individual who can transform ideas into action, embrace continuous learning, and confidently contribute innovative perspectives to drive positive change.
  8. Advanced degree in a relevant field and strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
