The Diabetes Commercial Marketing department at Novo Nordisk A/S invites applications for an experienced Diabetes Marketing Leadership Role. As a key member of the leadership team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the company's market strategy and enhancing its commercial success.

About the Department:
The GLP-1 Diabetes Commercial Marketing department is part of the Diabetes Therapy Area within Commercial Strategy & Corporate Affairs, based in Bagsværd and Søborg. Our department focuses on developing and executing marketing strategies that align with overall business goals and enhance brand growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a successful omnichannel strategy for the GLP-1 Diabetes portfolio.
  • Lead campaign development of visual identity brand/portfolio.
  • Oversee and refine core brand messages to ensure they are tailored to customer needs and coherent across brands and portfolio.
  • Be a strategic partner, providing customer-centric consulting skills, strategy design and coordination.

Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you hold a Master's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Life Sciences or a related field, and have minimum 10 years of experience in commercial, marketing or product management roles within the pharmaceutical industry.
