The Position

As a Health & Safety IT Solution Expert at Novo Nordisk, you will have the opportunity to work on:

  1. Health & Safety IT Solutions: Develop and implement IT solutions to support our health and safety objectives. This includes collaborating with stakeholders to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions.
  2. Project Coordination: Coordinate with various teams to ensure seamless project execution. This involves managing project timelines, budgets, and resources.
  3. IT Skills: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of IT requirements and technical aspects to ensure smooth implementation of health and safety IT solutions.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone with the following qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in instructional design, Environment Health and Safety data/IT, or related field
  2. 3+ years of experience in instructional design, e-learning, or project management
  3. Basic knowledge about Health & Safety
  4. Experience with e-learning authoring tools and learning management systems (LMS)
  5. Strong project management, communication, and collaboration skills
  6. Ability to work independently as well as a team player and manage multiple projects simultaneously
