As a dynamic and experienced Operations & Customer Service Manager, you will lead our Nordic customer service operations, ensuring that all activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and in collaboration with relevant support teams from our Head Office.
Key ResponsibilitiesWe run complex logistics operations and prioritize first-class service. As the Operations & Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing lubricants operations and customer service activities, including:
- Drive a strong customer focus and ensure correctness and completeness of flows in SAP.
- Optimize tools and processes to improve service and lead Customer Relationship Management.
- Develop strategies for logistics solutions and manage tenders on the Lubricants Supply Chain.
You will motivate and manage a team of 4 people in Customer Service Nordic, act as a backup for the Supply Chain and Procurement Manager, and drive the TotalEnergies values and implement the Nordics strategy.
