We are seeking an experienced sales leader to manage our software solutions business in the Nordic region. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy that drives revenue growth and expands our customer base.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of sales leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives;\
  • Lead a team of sales engineers to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base;\
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams;\
  • Provide sales training and coaching to ensure the team is equipped to meet sales targets;\
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them;\
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to drive business growth;\
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and tactics;\
  • Ensure all sales activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures.\\

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or engineering;\
  • At least 3 years of experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in the software solutions industry;\
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders;\
  • A strong track record of sales performance, with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets;\
  • Experience working in a matrix organization, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams;\
  • A deep understanding of the software solutions market, including industry trends and competitor activity;\
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to monitor and analyze sales performance data;\
  • Proficiency in English and Danish, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.\\
