Enterprise Client Manager

Become a crucial part of Benify's sales team as an Enterprise Account Executive. This is a fantastic opportunity for a sales professional with a passion for delivering top-notch benefits through our rewards platform.
You'll focus on the Nordic market, working closely with our Copenhagen office. Your primary responsibility will be to drive revenue growth by building and maintaining strong relationships with our valued clients. To achieve this, you'll need to possess a strong understanding of customer needs and be able to identify opportunities for strategic growth.
As an Enterprise Account Executive, you'll have the chance to work with larger enterprise customers in the Nordics. You'll be responsible for conducting pre-sales activities, including marketing strategies, software demos, and creating compelling business cases. Additionally, you'll participate in marketing and pre-sales events, webinars, and client-related activities.
To excel in this role, you'll require at least 3-5+ years of Enterprise Sales experience, preferably with experience in complex SaaS-sales and/or sales experience in HR Tech. Familiarity with the SaaS industry and working with partners is also beneficial. A strong problem-solving mindset, combined with a results-oriented approach, will be essential in closing deals with clients.
We're looking for someone who is fluent in English both spoken and written, and who has the ability to communicate effectively in Danish and/or Swedish. If you're eager to learn, adapt quickly, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply.
