We are seeking an experienced Training Project Manager to join our team in Copenhagen or Herning, Denmark.
**Job Description**The successful candidate will play a key role in the GWO Secretariat, contributing with professional competence and commitment to high achievement. As a Training Project Manager, you will be responsible for the development, standardization, and quality control of training standards, ensuring they align with industry best practices and drive safety excellence.
Your tasks will include project management of development and review of training standards, standardization and quality control of training products, editorial review and completion of training materials, facilitation of meetings and working groups, planning and tracking of projects, implementation of project management processes, and proactive management of internal and external stakeholders.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**- At least 3 years' experience in project management, preferably in training or educational roles.
- Certification in waterfall or agile project management methodologies.
- Strong familiarity with project management tools and best practices.
- Experience with quality control processes related to training products.
- Fluent written and verbal English skills.
