**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled Ecommerce Analytics & Strategy Manager to play a key role in evolving our online platform, identifying opportunities, and guiding strategic decisions through deep-dive analytics. As a member of our team, you will work alongside cross-functional teams to optimize customer journeys and deliver data-driven recommendations that fuel our ambitious growth targets.
**Responsibilities**
- Conduct in-depth analyses to assess the impact of new digital features on commercial and brand performance.
- Identify and size new opportunities to enhance the customer experience and maximize revenue.
- Translate complex data into actionable recommendations that support ecommerce growth.
- Partner with teams across Marketing, Digital & Technology, Data & Analytics, and local markets to align insights and drive strategic initiatives.
- Serve as a central point of contact, ensuring hypotheses, learnings, and improvements are effectively shared.
- Lead strategic projects integrating analytics with business strategy.
- Monitor and analyze ecommerce trends to support continuous improvement and innovation.
- Present insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
