Job Description
As our In-House Photographer, you will be responsible for capturing high-quality images that showcase our brand's unique identity and values. You will work closely with our Art Director and Creative Lead to develop a cohesive visual strategy that resonates with our target audience. Your role will involve collaborating with various departments and stakeholders to drive a variety of shoots, from product photography to social editorial content.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Art Director and Creative Lead to develop a visual strategy that aligns with the company's goals and values.
  • Capture high-quality images that showcase the brand's products and services in a compelling and engaging way.
  • Work closely with other departments and stakeholders to drive a variety of shoots, including product photography, social editorial content, and events.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have a solid commercial mindset, experience in setting up small-scale productions, and a firm hand on the editing process. You should also be comfortable working with talent, directing lighting teams, and scaling up productions as needed. A portfolio of commercial work, fluency in written and spoken English, and ability to collaborate with different disciplines and departments are essential requirements for this position.
