As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll be part of our energetic and passionate team that's always there for each other.   • You'll manage the entire recruitment cycle, from initial outreach to onboarding, ensuring seamless candidate experiences and timely feedback.
  • Conducting efficient search & selection, screening calls, and presenting candidates to management will be an essential part of your role.
  • You'll also facilitate candidate interviews and case presentations both digitally and in-person, articulating our value proposition to engage active and passive candidates.

In this fast-paced environment, you'll thrive by working independently, maintaining a strategic overview of projects, and efficiently managing multiple priorities. Your proactive approach, accountability, and curiosity about people will enable you to build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Owning and managing multiple recruitment projects across different profiles and nationalities.
  2. Partnering with hiring managers to align candidate profiles and ensure informed decision-making.
  3. Maintaining professional communication, fostering long-term relationships, and delivering exceptional candidate experiences.
  4. Contributing to Employer Branding initiatives, Events, and Pre- and Onboarding processes.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 1+ years' experience in recruitment A-Z.
  • Experience with basic recruitment software and tools, such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Strong collaboration and people skills, with the ability to go the extra mile.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Danish.
