Formulation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Formulation Professional to join our team at Novo Nordisk.

• Provide technical support to operators to ensure efficient production processes.
• Conduct systematic problem-solving to identify and resolve issues.
• Prepare and maintain documentation, including CR cases, SOPs, and other relevant documents.
• Optimize workflows and processes to improve productivity and quality.
• Update documentation and conduct related training to ensure knowledge sharing and compliance.
• Produce operational reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Perform ongoing validations of equipment and processes to ensure quality and safety.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, pharmacy, or a related field.
• Experience with GMP production and a good understanding of IT systems.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in Danish and English.
• Flexibility, resilience, and exceptional determination to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on quality and collaboration.
