Global Medical Dermatology Project Manager

We're seeking a talented Launch and Project Manager to drive the success of our European market launches and lead cross-functional teams at LEO Pharma.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development and maintenance of integrated launch plans, ensuring effective communication and project management.
- Collaborate closely with workstream leads and your team to plan and execute integrated launch plans, driving consensus on goals, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop and implement pragmatic processes and structures to support plan execution.
- Plan and lead cross-functional initiatives, meetings, workshops, change management initiatives, and create follow-up plans and initiatives.
- Serve as a sparring partner to managers on strategic communication and change activities for brand integrated launch plans and launch readiness preparations.
- Meet project deadlines and proactively deliver on business objectives.
- Proven track record of launch and strategic project management experience.
- Master's degree in Project Management, Brand/Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of Project/Program Management experience in a life sciences organization, such as pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device companies.
- Excellent communication skills, including distilling information and leading organizations to action.
- Strong planning skills.
- Product launch experience is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated cross-cultural sensitivity.
- Oncology experience is desired but not required.
