Project Manager for Compliance and Process Improvement Initiatives

We are seeking a goal-oriented professional with project management experience in a pharmaceutical setting or implementing requirements for materials or products. If you have a passion for transforming quality requirements into practical solutions that meet the needs of patients and operational workflows, this role is for you.
The Position
- Ensure proper implementation of compliance projects captured from industry trends, new requirements or expectations from regulators.
- Drive process improvement projects within the department.
As a Project Manager, your primary role entails owning and managing projects from inception to execution. You will focus on executing compliance- and improvement projects within Raw Materials, Excipients, Process aids, and Single-Use Systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Executing compliance- and improvement projects.
- Steering project teams through all project phases.
- Promoting inter-team coordination, communicating with stakeholders, and adapting to changing project needs.
- Scoping and defining new initiatives and process improvements.
You will work closely with GMP material scientists and other project managers supporting the department, but your activities will also include communicating across all levels and business areas in the organization.
Qualifications:
- Hold a master's degree in chemistry, Engineering, or another relevant field within the natural sciences.
- Demonstrate practical project management expertise, either as a project manager or as an individual contributor/specialist with strong project management skills.
- Showcase a successful track record of effectively managing projects and workstreams.
- Display fluency in both written and spoken English.
With a structured, analytical mindset, you prioritize effectively, make sound decisions, and ensure timely follow-ups. You value diverse opinions while guiding team decisions and think strategically, adapting to changes that impact projects.
