At Danpo A/S, we are seeking an experienced Broiler Supply Chain Manager to join our Live Operations Team. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive supply chain excellence and lead a team of Broiler Field Advisors across the Cavan, Monaghan, and Limerick regions.

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled professional with a strong background in agriculture and poultry management. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the supply of circa 48 million broilers per annum, overseeing an estate of 150 contracted farm suppliers, and implementing best-in-class methodologies for bird husbandry and house construction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve supply chain efficiency and reduce costs
  • Lead a team of Broiler Field Advisors to ensure excellent customer service and support
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with company procedures and industry regulations
  • Analyze data and metrics to inform decision-making and drive business growth
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Agricultural Science or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in poultry management or a related field
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze data and drive business growth
What We Offer

In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including a comprehensive pension scheme, life assurance, and annual leave.
