Warehouse Inventory Coordinator

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Inventory Coordinator to manage the inventory of raw materials, packaging supplies, and ingredients within our facility at Manor Farm in Shercock, Co. Cavan.

The successful candidate will have a valid forklift license and experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or warehouse environment. Excellent written and verbal skills, strong organizational skills, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain adequate levels of WIP, packaging materials, and ingredients to support production schedules.
• Support projects related to material items, such as introducing scanners, picking up sample packs, and monitoring material movements.
• Receive incoming deliveries of materials, verifying accuracy and quality, and GRN stock.
• Safely operate a forklift to load and offload trailers, adhering to safety protocols.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Organize and optimize warehouse space to ensure efficient storage and accessibility of materials.
• Collaborate with production and procurement teams to coordinate material availability and usage.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions using inventory management software.
