This Digital Engagement Manager position is an exciting opportunity to join the Engagement Marketing team at KAYAK. As an Email Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for driving email marketing communication efforts globally, working closely with cross-functional teams to develop, build, and execute campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute campaign optimization strategies using A/B testing and segmentation.
- Support end-to-end processes for all email & push marketing campaigns, including planning, asset/copy collection, proof review, QA, executing, and deployment.
- Collaborate on various strategic programs via manual and triggered campaigns across the customer lifecycle.
- Own the building of all email/push marketing campaigns in ESP, utilizing HTML/CSS knowledge.
- Provide insights on campaign performance metrics to Engagement Marketing and cross-functional teams.
- Continuously improve campaign metrics, focusing on deliverability, opens, clicks, and revenue.
This role requires 2+ years of email and push marketing experience, including building and deploying campaigns, and experience with email/push automation platforms.
