About the JobThe successful candidate will deliver 1st and 2nd level technical support to onshore employees through phone, email, and in-person interactions, ensuring seamless operations and efficiency.
- Monitor and manage tickets in the ticket system in relation to defined KPIs.
- Set up and configure new computers and mobile devices for employees.
- Participate in IT projects and initiatives as assigned.
- Document and maintain knowledge base articles and procedures in the ticket system.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 2+ years of experience in IT support or other relevant position in an IT department.
- Knowledge of systems and applications like the ticket system Fresh Service, Aruba Central, and PRTG.
- Experience with general IT hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
- Fluent in speaking and written English.
