We are looking for a talented individual who can work cross-organizational with stakeholders within every part of our company. Your responsibility will be to serve as a strategy partner for the Intraday Trading Director and the Intraday leadership team, developing, coordinating, and implementing strategies and business opportunities.
Your key tasks will include:
- Providing strategic and tactical solutions and participating in designing future business opportunities for our intraday trading
- Strategic partnering for the Intraday Trading Director and the Intraday leadership team
- Driving the strategy process including facilitating, managing, and ensuring progress on the objectives and deliverables of the team
- Leading business development initiatives for new markets, products, and business optimization
- Project management and implementation of strategic initiatives and business solutions
- Stakeholder management and communication to internal and external stakeholders

About YouTo succeed in this position, you will have:
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar position, as a strategy consultant or a strategic developer
- Ambitious and eager to develop your skills in strategic partnering and business development
- A Master's degree in economics, finance, legal, engineering, or similar
- Commercial flair and analytical skills
- Strong communication skills, including presentation, documentation, and visualization
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
