About this role: We are seeking a highly skilled Product Procurement Manager to join our Lifestyle team at Flying Tiger Copenhagen. As a key member of our procurement team, you will play a vital role in transforming our creative ideas into amazing products that delight customers worldwide.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage a category-focused matrix to ensure we source the best products at competitive prices.
  • Build and develop our global supplier network in assigned categories, fostering strong relationships with existing vendors and identifying new ones.
  • Exercise expert negotiation and cost optimization skills to secure the best possible terms while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Implement open cost sheets to ensure smooth and successful negotiations.
  • Handle claims and negotiations within assigned categories, ensuring any sourcing issues are resolved efficiently.

You will thrive in this role if: You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in retail and buyer roles, with retail procurement experience within the home and leisure categories being a plus. You possess proven negotiation skills, a strong attention to detail, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in English is a must, and additional languages are a benefit.
