Now we are looking for a
Sales Manager
To join our team at Albertslund, Denmark. Your primary responsibility is to develop and grow our building, infrastructure, and industrial project business (OEM). You will also have ownership of our cable sales for renewable energy markets, such as the solar industry. You utilize your expertise in identifying business opportunities and reaching out to customers to achieve growth in our domestic market. Your objectives are to drive sustainable revenue, grow our market share, and increase our product footprint.
To achieve our sales targets, you’ll need to have a customer-orientated mindset and a project-based approach. You have a strong ability to present the value of our products to the customer and influence others. We also value strong negotiation skills, effective decision-making, and business acumen. You will report to our Sr. Sales Manager and collaborate closely with your colleagues in Denmark and the Scandinavian OEM team. You will also be supported by our product management and marketing functions.
Your responsibilities
- Craft and execute an effective sales strategy to propel our presence in the market.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
- Engage in contract negotiations and pricing discussions, focusing on fostering mutually beneficial agreements.
- Stay ahead of the curve with comprehensive competitor analyses and market intelligence activities.
- Act as a primary point of contact and relationship manager for a portfolio of valued customers, developing these connections into strategic partnerships.
- Travel for customer meetings (about 50% of the time).

Requirements
- Strong background and experience within the electrical sector – we value experience in industries utilizing cable applications, for example, the solar industry.
- Strong experience in sales with a proven track record of building successful long-term relationships with customers.
- Relevant degree for example in Engineering or Business Administration is required.
- A resilient and proactive approach to seeking out new challenges and opportunities.
- Demonstrated ability to provide thought leadership and think strategically.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills (written and verbal) as well as cross-functional influencing skills.
- Highly organized working style with great prioritization skills.
- Flexibility and ability to work together with multiple stakeholders.
- Fluent in Danish and English – other Scandinavian languages are a benefit.
